Terms of Use
The agreement between you and JEH Electronics when you use our apps and website.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, apps, and services (the “Services”) provided by JEH Electronics under the ClicksAndBits Apps brand. By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app-store terms (Google Play or Apple App Store).
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the Services lawfully and not for any harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose;
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- Don't interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security;
- Keep your account credentials secure, if an app offers accounts.
3. Purchases, subscriptions & refunds
Some apps or features are paid, offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their respective policies.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content we provide, are owned by JEH Electronics or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you. Content you create and store in an app remains yours.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. Each app additionally has its own data disclosure on its page.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEH Electronics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and our users. You may stop using the Services at any time and uninstall our apps.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to you.
