Frequently asked questions
Are your apps free or paid?
Both. Some ClicksAndBits apps are free, some are premium (one-time or subscription), and some are free with an optional upgrade. Each app's page and its app-store listing state the price clearly before you install.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through the store you bought from:
- Android: Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple under their respective policies.
I switched phones — how do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to settings, and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google or Apple account you bought with. If anything's missing, email us and we'll sort it out.
What data does a specific app collect?
Every app has its own page listing exactly what it collects, the permissions it uses, and how any cloud sync works. Browse the app catalog and open the app you're curious about. Our overall Privacy Policy covers everything else.
How do I delete my account or data?
For apps with accounts, use the in-app Delete account option, or email privacy@clicksandbitsapps.com. Apps without accounts store data only on your device, so uninstalling removes it. See our account & data deletion policy.
An app is crashing or misbehaving. What should I do?
First, make sure the app and your operating system are up to date, then restart the app. If it persists, email support@clicksandbitsapps.com with your device model, OS version, and app version (usually shown in the app's settings/about screen).
Are your apps safe for kids?
Apps intended for families follow the stricter standards Google Play and Apple require for younger audiences, including no behavioral advertising. Check the individual app's page and store rating for its intended audience. See also our children's privacy section.
